We offer design-build services, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Collaborating with our preferred construction company, we provide full-services design and construction for your entire project, incorporating all our interior design details.

Full Service Interior Design

Experience our full-service interior design services, featuring custom design creation. We handle every detail, from in home measure and space planning, cabinetry design and programming to providing all of the materials and construction documents for your contractor to install.

Interior Design

Our standard Interior Design services offer a comprehensive design direction, including mood board and concept development, floor plans and guidance with selection direction. With these tools, you have a high-level design that then you can purchase and install everything on your own, at your convenience.

E-Design

Our E-Design service combines our Interior Design services with the convenience of completely remote communication. Send us the measurements and we will create a comprehensive layout so that you can redesign your space(s) at your own pace from anywhere in the country.

Our Process

Below we take you through our comprehensive process of design and deliverables:

Conceptual Design

Conceptual Design is about discovery, the look and feel of your space, really getting to know you, how you function, what your wants and needs are, as well as the style. In this stage of design, we obtain all of the data and then collectively present a mood board, overall concepts and ideas for each space.

Schematic Design

This is where the detailing begins. After measuring your space(s), we will create scaled floor plans showing the best layouts keeping flow, scale and function in mind. We will also create imagination elevations and/or 3D renderings showing an overall concept of design.

Design Development

An important part of our process is programming and developing the cabinetry, built-ins, custom wall treatments and the fixed finish layouts. We get extremely detailed with designing kitchens, bathrooms, offices, bedrooms and any rooms that have millwork.

Fixed Material Selections

Fixed material selections include, but are not limited to: cabinetry, countertops, hardware, plumbing, electrical, flooring, wallpaper - pretty much anything that is attached the walls, ceiling and floors. We collaborate with you to select the materials and can create a flat lay. Everything we select, we will provide.

Non-Fixed Material Selections

Non-Fixed Selections, also known as FF&A (Furniture, fixtures and accessories) is everything that is not attached. This would include furniture, lamps, rugs + decor. We will shop, select and create selection boards showing all of your FF&A so you can see it all together holistically before purchasing.

Procurement

For fixed material selections, we will purchase for you. We will order, track, coordinate delivery and ensure quality control before it is installed or placed in your home for an enjoyable experience. For non-fixed selections, you have the option for us to order for you, or you can purchase directly on your own.

Construction Documents

Detailed drawings are critical for the communication of a successful build. We will create construction documents with all of the specifications, placements, and details needed for contractors and builders to know exactly how we want the design installed.

Styling + Installation Consulting

Styling is the icing on the cake. It is the placement of artwork, decor and accessories that compliment the overall design. We will place items for you in your home or style digitally for you to place yourself. We can style with your existing items and also make suggestions on what to add.
